Project Overview
CLIQ Digital is a Dutch online performance marketing company operating in 40+ countries, selling subscription-based streaming services bundling movies, music, audiobooks, sports, and games. I joined a newly formed dev team of four during a critical business diversification phase, with the mission to modernize the technical architecture and support the company's expansion into new markets and customer segments.
My Approach
I applied a diversification-first mindset across both business and technical dimensions. Legacy systems were refactored into more modular, scalable solutions to accelerate the rollout of new services. Every technical decision was tied to a clear commercial goal: reach new audiences, reduce conversion friction, and open new revenue streams across multiple markets.
