Project Overview
Hollo.io was a modern recruitment platform built by recruiters, for recruiters — later adopted as the internal core platform for Job2BeDone, a headhunting firm specializing in major accounts. Unlike traditional job boards with basic interfaces, Hollo.io delivered a highly dynamic and interactive experience designed to streamline complex hiring workflows. I joined J2BD Partners to take over from the previous development team, complete the candidate-facing side of the platform, and stabilize the already-released recruiter interface.
Our Approach
We focused on continuity and quality — inheriting an existing codebase and bringing it to a production-ready state. The recruiter interface was already live but unstable, so we balanced bug fixing with new feature delivery. On the candidate side, we built from a partial foundation toward a full release, prioritizing UX and interface responsiveness. Heavy JavaScript work was central to delivering the fluid, dynamic feel that sets the platform apart — and that ultimately made it valuable enough to become Job2BeDone's internal tool of choice.

Chrome Extension — Developed a JavaScript Chrome extension to extend the platform's reach directly into the recruiter's browser workflow.
UI/UX Design — Designed interfaces in Figma ensuring consistency and usability across the full product.
